I’ve always believed that photography should feel like art — honest, elegant, and full of life. My work sits at the intersection of editorial polish and real, human connection. It’s the quiet in-between moments just as much as the sweeping, cinematic ones.
I’m based in Annapolis and the Washington, D.C. area, but my work often takes me up and down the East Coast and wherever my couples need me. My images have been recognized by PhotoVogue, but what matters most to me is creating photographs that feel deeply personal — the kind you can feel in your chest when you look back at them.

Victoria is an Annapolitan who traverses up and down the East Coast with Kevin, her second-shooter, husband, and best friend. Victoria is the sister of two United States Naval Academy graduates, and a military spouse. Formerly Elegant Focus by Victoria, her photography has grown from a passion project to a decade of highly refined, and sought after imagery experiences across the country.

Victoria'a signature style is evocative, ethereal, clean, and editorial. She is inspired by the classics, and applies style guidance to each of her couples to ensure their images stay timeless and beautiful forever.
When I planned my own wedding, I was shocked by how anxious and overwhelmed I felt. I kept wondering why I wasn’t “loving” the process the way everyone says you’re supposed to when you’re marrying your person. Some vendors had to be chased down to deliver what we’d paid for, and taking a chance on an inexperienced planner ended up being one of the biggest mistakes I made.
It was a hard lesson, but it taught me something important: the wedding isn’t the best part of getting married — the marriage is.
